Bio:

Inti Rojanasopondist is an American-born Thai living in Queens, New York. She is currently studying towards her bachelor’s of architecture degree at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn. She is also an aspiring photographer. Her work has been shown at the The Way I See It (2009) exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art and published in her school's publications including The Phoenix (2009, 2010) at Townsend Harris High School.

Artist Statement:

My sculpture allows you to place your body within a web of finger-crocheted rope which uses the forces of tension and compression to allow a person to be suspended. By interacting with the sculpture you rediscover yourself in a new space within an existing one.
