Bio:

Ken Tutjamnong arrived in the United States in 1997 to work as a waiter and chef in his family’s restaurant. However, after his daytime duties, Ken satisfied his passion in art by painting. Ken has shown his pieces at art shows and exhibitions in New York, Philadelphia and the South Jersey area while developing a growing following of patrons and fans alike.

Artist Statement:

Happiness sometimes can be found in a place so close that you have overlooked. I like to paint ordinary city landscapes where people walk on a daily basis without actually looking at how beautiful it is. I like to show the beauty of the place that they are so familiar with. I use aluminum and oil, elements that are necessary to build any major city.
